Scenic Drives Three Capes Scenic LoopThis drive offers some of the most Gorgeous views Across the Oregon Coast. At just under 40 miles, this experience takes you from Pacific City into Tillamook as pristine shore. Headed north, beginning in Pacific City using Cape Kiwanda and its beautiful views, you will travel throughout the Peninsula at Sand Lake, in which you will hit Cape Lookout, a large headland that juts more than two miles out to sea. Practice Netarts Bay, subsequently move through the quaint communities of both Netarts and Oceanside and head to Cape Meares. To complete the driveway, skirt along Tillamook Bay and you end up around the west side of Tillamook. Otter Crest LoopThis scenic drive winds west of Highway 101 and provides the most leisurely way to experience the views in the Cape Foulweather, along with a stop in Devil’s Punchbowl, one of the most interesting geological formations around the Oregon Coast. Yachats Ocean Road State Natural SiteSouth of Yachats, the road makes a one-mile loop, exposing a few of the most scenic views on the shore : the Yachats Bay and the Pacific Ocean. Park across the loop and revel in access to the shore, wave pools, blowholes, summer sunsets and whale watching. Viewpoints Cape Kiwanda State ParkIn Pacific City, among the greatest places to view the sea and Haystack Rock is Cape Kiwanda. Be cautious of Take a Hike…with Your Camera in Lincoln City – Oregon Coast Visitors Association signage, as some cliffside regions are unsafe and fenced off. Cape Lookout State ParkA two-mile course leading to a seat with the very best view of the Pacific. Situated in 13000 Whiskey Creek Road; make your hiking boots. Cape Meares State Scenic ViewpointTucked away onto a headland 200 feet above the sea with lovely views of the coastline southward. Cape Meares is great for whale viewing and in Addition to the nesting Common Murres–do not forget to See the Cape Meares Lighthouse and the Octopus Tree. Situated at 3500 Cape Meares Loop, Tillamook. Munson Creek Falls State Natural SiteOne of the most scenic waterfalls in the Oregon Coast at 319 ft, Munson Creek Falls is a brief stroll from the parking lot and is an important place for salmon spawning. Nestucca Bay National Wildlife RefugeTake the Pacific View Route and you’ll experience a simple walk on a paved surface. The road ends at an observation deck where you will be treated to a sweeping view of the Pacific Ocean, Haystack Rock, Nestucca Bay, the Coast Range and the Little Nestucca River. Tillamook BayBetween Tillamook and Garibaldi, there is a little wayside using an interpretive kiosk along Tillamook Bay. This location offers sweeping views of this sprawling bay. Boiler Bay State Scenic ViewpointA amazing and rocky, basalt-rimmed bay, Boiler Bay is a Terrific place to watch wild surf action on the rocky spurs
